Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 September 2026
Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who we are

ZAVERO Global Brokers operates ZAVERO Trade Network, a B2B trade network and marketplace. In this Policy, "ZAVERO", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Platform.

2. What this Policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how ZAVERO collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Platform, create an account, communicate with us, participate in commercial workflows, or otherwise interact with our services.

3. Information we collect

Depending on use, we may process:

Account data: name, email, authentication information, preferred language, account role, status, and notification preferences.

Company data: company name, legal/business details, country, location, business type, industry, products, descriptions, websites, business identifiers, verification information, and authorized-representative information.

KYC data: identification, company-registration, ownership, beneficial-owner, authorization, compliance, and supporting-document information where required.

Commercial data: buy requests, sell offers, opportunities, tenders, auctions, connections, deal information, trade-service information, invoices, subscriptions, payment references, and related records.

Communications: messages and other communications sent through ZAVERO, including information necessary for spam, fraud, malware, abuse, and circumvention detection.

Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, operating system, approximate technical location derived from network information where appropriate, timestamps, logs, sessions, and security events.

Notifications: device or push-token identifiers needed to deliver enabled push notifications.

Support data: information you provide to customer support, including relevant attachments.

4. Information from other sources

We may receive information from your company or authorized representatives, other ZAVERO users, verification and compliance sources, payment or billing providers, security services, public business registries, publicly accessible sources, appropriately licensed business-data providers, and service providers acting on our behalf.

External Company Directory records may originate from public or appropriately licensed business sources. They are not endorsements and do not imply ZAVERO membership.

Where applicable law requires additional notice for third-party data, ZAVERO will provide it.

5. How we use information

We may use information to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; provide profiles, directories, opportunities, tenders, auctions, broker workflows, messaging, deals, billing, and trade services; perform KYC and verification; facilitate connections; process subscriptions and payments; send transactional and security communications; deliver enabled push notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; moderate content; investigate disputes; maintain audit trails; improve services; comply with law; and protect the rights, property, and security of ZAVERO, users, and third parties.

6. Legal bases where GDPR applies

Where GDPR or similar law applies, processing may rely on:

  • Contract, for account operation and requested services;
  • Legal obligation, where required by law;
  • Legitimate interests, for security, fraud prevention, platform integrity, administration, and improvement where those interests are not overridden by applicable rights; and
  • Consent, where we request consent for a specific optional or legally consent-based activity.

Where consent is the legal basis, it may be withdrawn as permitted by law. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

7. Public profiles and visibility

Certain company and commercial information may be visible publicly or to other users depending on the feature and visibility settings. Sensitive information is subject to access controls. Contact information and other restricted data may be released only when applicable release, approval, connection, or verification conditions are satisfied.

8. Company Directory and external data

The Directory may combine ZAVERO member profiles with external company records. External records may contain organizational information such as company name, country, city, industry, business type, website, products, and source information.

We distinguish external records from ZAVERO membership and verification. Requests to correct, update, remove, or challenge information may be sent to info@zaveroglobal.com, subject to applicable law.

9. Messages and anti-circumvention controls

ZAVERO may process Platform messages and related metadata for security, abuse prevention, fraud detection, and enforcement of Platform rules. Automated systems may flag patterns associated with spam, phone numbers, email addresses, external URLs, messaging-service identifiers, or attempts to bypass protected contact-release workflows.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

ZAVERO may use cookies, local storage, sessions, and similar technologies needed for authentication, security, preferences, language, functionality, and performance. Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, the relevant consent interface will be used.

11. Email and push notifications

We may send transactional and security-related emails necessary to operate your account. Optional marketing communications, where offered, will be handled according to applicable requirements. If browser push is enabled, a push-notification service and device token may be used to deliver notifications.

12. Service providers and processors

ZAVERO may use providers for cloud database, authentication, storage, hosting, deployment, CDN/security, email, push notifications, payment processing, verification, compliance, analytics, monitoring, error reporting, support, and other operational functions.

Examples of technologies used by the Platform may include Supabase for database/authentication/storage services, Resend for transactional email, and Firebase services for web push notifications. Providers receive only information reasonably necessary for their functions and are subject to applicable contractual, security, and legal requirements.

13. International transfers

Because ZAVERO operates an international B2B network and uses providers in different countries, information may be processed or stored across borders. Where law requires safeguards for international transfers, ZAVERO will use the legally required mechanism or appropriate safeguards.

14. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, contracts, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Retention varies by data type and legal requirement. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated as permitted by law.

15. Security

ZAVERO uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, and destruction. Measures may include access controls, database security policies, authentication controls, encryption in transit where supported, logging, monitoring, backups, and restricted administrative access.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

16. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and location, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, information about processing, and complaint to a competent data-protection authority.

Privacy requests: info@zaveroglobal.com. We may verify identity before completing certain requests.

17. Children

ZAVERO is a professional B2B service and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account unless applicable law permits otherwise and ZAVERO expressly provides for it.

18. Automated processing and risk controls

ZAVERO may use automated systems to detect spam, suspicious activity, fraud indicators, security threats, or violations of Platform rules. Such systems may generate flags, restrictions, or requests for additional review. Where applicable law provides rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, ZAVERO will provide the required safeguards.

19. Data about other people

If you submit personal information about another person, you must have a lawful basis and appropriate authority. This may include information about employees, directors, beneficial owners, representatives, brokers, buyers, suppliers, or contacts.

20. Business transfers and legal disclosures

Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, regulator, law enforcement, sanctions/compliance requirements, or to protect ZAVERO and others. In a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to applicable law and safeguards.

21. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when services, technology, data practices, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
